Small Shredder for Oil Bottle Recycling

This is a newly developed patent pending oil bottle crusher, specially designed for small batches recycling of the HDPE plastic bottles from auto car maintenance shops and PET bottles for bear and soft drinks. The grinder (granulator) can grind engine oil bottles, lubricant oil bottles, water bottles, and other liquid containers made of plastics. It reduces the size of bottle scraps and retreat residual oil/water.
The small shredder operates with low power consumption using a 2HP motor, and it is of low noise. There is a basket under the out-feed hopper that is to be put into a 50/25 gallon drum. The stainless steel basket will hold the plastic scraps and the oil will retain in the residual oil. The operation and maintenance of this machine is very simple. It has a timer in the control box that the operator can set the machine to be automatically stop at, say, 10 minutes. This will avoid long time idle operation of the machine. The noise of this machine is less than 75dB.
